Edukid’s Plastic Project aims to alleviate poverty, improve education and make the village environments safe and clean places to live.
How do we do this?
- First of all, we spend time cleaning up the villages littered with plastic waste.
- Secondly, we recycle that plastic using a series of machines that shred and melt the plastics.
- Those plastics are then moulded into educational materials and resources for the children we support to aid their learning.
How can you help?
You can raise funds to make this happen! Turn plastic waste littered on the village streets into mini whiteboards for classroom use through the plastic project.
£50 gathers and manages the creation of enough plastic recycled mini whiteboards for an entire village of children, in need of educational resources such as this!
Think you could do more? If you raise over, we can impact more villages and more children, and begin creating new resources, like number and letter shapes, medals and trophy’s and so much more!
Take climate action whilst helping children coming from deprived backgrounds to access learning material.
