Many children attending school in Northern Uganda live on just one meal a day. Being hot and hungry makes it difficult to learn and directly effects the chances of students passing exams and graduating each year. This film shows how Edukid use goats as a sustainable and empowering method to help address this need.
It's a relationship

Every night as a child Kenneth had to do the long walk into town and sleep rough to avoid night raids and possible capture by the Lords Resistance Army. On return from town one morning he was told his father had been taken by the rebels. He never saw him again. His mother died of Malaria just two years later. This is the Kenneth's story told by him and his uncle who effectively raised him through the difficult war years.
