University Places.

About The Student:

Once a child has completed their schooling they may wish to continue to study at university. Specialised studying equips them with valuable qualifications that dramatically increase their chance of finding work, and improving the quality of life for themselves and their family. For many students the costs of studying at university is way beyond their means.

The Student Education Scheme:

Edukid seeks to provide young people with the chance to study for a degree at university in Phnom Penh. This programme covers both tuition and living costs. People agree to support the student for the duration of their course (5 years) at a cost of £800 per year. Half, or quarter packages are also possible.

One off Donations:

Can be collected from individuals and businesses. These are either saved until a child/student's full schooling/university support is met, or earmarked for an emergency fund to help students or families in difficulty. This tries to ensure that a student's education is not disrupted in any way.
